“Nana” is now home with her Lord and Savior. She chose a most noble career of being a stay-at-home Mom where she found fulfillment in caring for her 4 children and step-daughter. After raising all her children Libby got  involved with playing on her computer, caring for her outdoor plants, oil painting with friends, sewing, quelling and numerous other hobbies to fill her days with joy.

“Libby” known by most of her friends at The Villas of Casa Celeste ALF was deeply loved by all that took care of her over a 9 yr period.  She was always known as the “kind, generous and sweet” Lady who always had a peppermint candy or Mint Chocolate to offer her caregivers when coming through her door on a daily basis.

Our Beloved Mother and Prayer warrior will be forever missed and Loved by her Family and friends.

Elizabeth will be buried with her husband in Magnolia, KY with a date still to be announced.

I don’t even know where to start! Nana has been my “ROCK” for 52 years and it’s so hard now that she’s gone. She’s always been the one person I could talk to about anything and she would never judge but always give the most loving advice. She taught me to believe in God and that no matter what, he is always there for us. I love you to eternity Nana and I’ll miss you till we meet again in Heaven!

Marguerite and me are so sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom. Please accept our sincere condolences. While we never had the opportunity to meet Elizabeth, her death should serve to remind us of the rapid passing of time and the need for us to celebrate the gift of each new day, or visit memories of what seems like only yesterday. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
